Additional Information about Program
The AHN Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition is seeking one motivated individual for training in interventional endoscopy. The program performs over 1000 ERCP cases and more than 1200 EUS cases annually. The program also features endoscopic mucosal resection, Per-Oral Endoscopic Myotomy, cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation, endoscopic submucosal dissection, and interventional IBD including endoscopic fistulotomy and stricture management. Research and innovation are a vital part of training and the Advanced Endoscopy Fellow will be mentored in a scholarly project in therapeutic endoscopy aimed at presentation and publication. Goals of the training are to develop a skill set in that will allow the fellow to successfully build a career in advanced endoscopy with an outstanding reputation for services in their practicing community.
